OUR HISTORY

REGAL ART PRESS, INC. has been in business since 1948. Originally, Regal Art Press was located in a garage at 53 High Street in St. Albans and owned by Mr. Charles Cummings. He later sold the company to Mr. Edward Handly, who relocated it from High Street to Federal Street in the mid sixties. In 1971, Regal Art Press made its final move to its present location on Route 104 around the curve from the NMC Hospital in St. Albans. In 1976, upon the retirement of Mr. Handly, Regal Art Press was sold to Malcolm and Susan Baker, the present owners. Regal Art marked its 50th anniversary in 1998 and we are very proud to make such an achievement.

Malcolm "Chuck" and Sue are continually trying to keep abreast with the constantly changing technology in the printing industry today. We have always been a leader in the area of color. We have a true offset press that has the capability of laying down a rich layer of ink and the fine dot registration needed for color printing which we believe is the finest in this area.

We are very proud of our family owned and operated shop and the work that Regal Art has produced over the years. Our reputation for quality at a competitive price is well known in this area. Regal Art Press is small enough to give you that extra special care, but big enough to give you the quality you deserve and expect.
